CONDITIONS OF SALE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All of the prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T. at the prevailing rate.
A deposit or full payment will be required when placing your order. Any balance due must be paid before delivery. If a payment is made by personal cheque, the goods will be delivered once the cheque has cleared, which is usually about 7 working days.
All delivery quotes are approximate, although every effort will be made to ensure your furniture arrives in the time quoted when your order is placed.
If it is practicable, we would ask you to inspect your goods at the time of delivery and advise us of any visible damage. Should this be impracticable, we would ask you to contact us within a reasonable time.
On delivery we will do our best to place the goods in the desired location, provided there is reasonable access. The Company will, of course, do as much as possible to help, however, it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange for the removal of doors and windows etc. should this be necessary to gain access to rooms of your choice.
This order constitutes a legally binding contract. Cancellations will not normally be allowed, except in accordance with your rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
Display models and colour samples are representative of the finished product. Whilst every effort will be made to match all colours and finishes, goods are supplied on the understanding that there may. Be slight variances, particularly with leather.
Your leather furniture will not keep it’s new appearance as a natural characteristic of leather will be signs of creasing. If this was not the case you would not have a genuine leather product and the covering would be man made.
All sizes quoted are approximate. Sizes are always given in Good Faith from our Supplier’s information.
Products are manufactured to perform within the Industry measurement standards.
All goods supplied are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery in respect of proven faulty goods. If this is not applicable to your purchase you will be advised at the point of sale and your invoice will be documented accordingly. Your Statutory Rights are unaffected.
These may be purchased separately to further protect your investment. Please refer to the separate guarantee for details.
The products which you have purchased should give you good service provided they are used for the purpose and manner they were designed. Please follow the maintenance advice you were given sat the point of sale, or follow any care advice that may come with the product. No responsibility will be accepted for damage caused by cleaning if the if the care and maintenance instructions have not been followed. Avoid the use of Denim Jeans on Cream coloured suites as this may result in dye transfer which cannot be removed.
